PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

I am looking to work with a Company that is moving forward and continuing with my IT Telephony education. I started with the Air Force in Central Office Installation for 6 years before going into Business Phone Systems installation, service, and designing. Systems: 1A2 and Electronic Key, Private and Computerized Branch Exchanges (PBX\CBX). Which included working support with Rolm's Western Region Field Operations, then Project Management, before starting my own company for 5 years. My latest related experience has been working on Cisco Call Managers 10.x, Unity, and Mitel VoIP systems for 12 plus years. My latest, I was a Network Administrator for Kaiser Permanente, nationally. Prior I was a primary Telecommunication PNW Analyst supporting the US Forest Service's Voice systems. Nationally consisting of Call Mangers and Unity’s, Mitel VoIP, Nortel PBX's, Norstar, Key systems, and dedicated analog devices throughout, with more than 10,000 lines. Also assisted others, providing back up support. Analyst with extensive experience in Voice, Support, and Telephony. Primary responsibilities included: troubleshooting, repairing with contractors onsite if needed, replace hardware if defective, programming moves, adds, and changes to USFS voice systems and peripheral equipment (Routers, Switches, PBX’s, and Nortel key Systems).
