●Pioneered a digital initiative at RIEM called SMART Class that transforms the way of teaching in classes through a new age technology movement that uses interactive techniques extensively to impart knowledge. Facilitated the provisioning of hardware, equipment and accessories and its day to day management and monitoring. Devised and streamlined a process for initial & ongoing faculty training. RIEM became the first engineering institute to successfully implement SMART class
