Work with film suppliers to assess OTR is specified when using film structures that require such food or product that is being packaged.
Ensure proper inks/adhesives/structures are used when running a retort or microwaveable package. Several guidelines are required for these structures that must be met.

Mounting mill rolls of material onto the press and preparing the proper fly-in splice.

Scheduling jobs for all production machines to meet customer demands on a daily basis.
Calling on customer service representatives to ensure jobs are placed in the schedule correctly to meet customer have ready date, and coordinating long term have ready dates according to customer inventory through the CSR.
Coordinating two daily production meetings to transfer scheduling information to the production, art, and materials management departments to ensure the necessary resources are in place to produce the orders on the schedule.
Shift/Press Supervisor
Responsible for:
Producing semi-annual reviews for all production associates and determining their pay increases.
Following press schedule daily to coordinate inks, materials, and print cylinders for each order we produced.
Coordinating plate making and mounting schedule for the night to ensure the correct jobs were being produced in accordance to the production schedule.
