Head of Production

Responsible for day-to-day production manufacturing operations for International wholesale and ecommerce sandal brand. Highlights of engagement consist of overseeing and organizing production manufacturing environment in Mexico for a women's fashion brand based in the USA. Facilitated mid-season change from existing factory to three new factories without missing seasonal orders or deliveries, working in three factories in 3 different cities in Mexico simultaneously to accomplish these tasks over an 8-month transitional period.

Production Consulting Management for Beek Sandals with primary functions as follows:

Placing and tracking all Purchase Orders to completion.

Negotiate and maintenance of XF dates.

Oversee factory production; recommend, document and assist with policies and procedures to insure organization and on-time shipping.

Work closely with sourcing vendors and tanneries to procure quality materials in a timely manner.

Create Quality Assurance processes, procedures, documents and training curriculum of such to factory staff.

Oversee and train internal Quality Control Specialist.
