Positions with various companies:

Receptionist:

Answering, screening and directing all incoming calls and taking messages.

(8-10 incoming lines) (using Nortel / Meridian) or other phone systems.

Greeting clients and visitors to the office.

Opening, date stamping, sorting and distributing incoming mails and faxes.

Coordinating incoming and outgoing courier packages and arranging courier pick-ups.

Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing, email correspondence (using Outlook 2007) and typing of various documents when requested.

Write down the Mortgage Information including clients names, class no., draw no., mortgage no. onto a sheet first, then put those mortgage documents into bags/envelopes for storage and then do data entry for those, also do faxing and filing.

Filing, make some labels for files, mail out some packages.

Administration Clerk:

Opening incoming mails and date stamp, filing, outgoing mails, courier, scanning (via photocopier) and photocopying.

Clerk:

Fold ‘T5’s then put ‘T5’s into envelopes, binding documents, put envelopes via postage machine.
