Human Resources Manager Verizon Data Services India (May 2003-November 2004)
Start-up and manage the Human Resources department of Verizon Data Services India - an approximately 1000 strong employee global outsourcing department for the Information Technology business unit of Verizon. Lead sixteen human resources professionals in developing and implementing human resource systems that are culturally and legally compliant with Indian practices with an emphasis on HR services delivery and customer orientation.

Manage the Verizon Human Resources department of a 10000 employee information technology division of exempt, non-exempt, and union employees.
