Recruitment process:

Planning for the manpower requirement with the managers and supervisors.

Self involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations

Joining formalities or on boarding:

Co-coordinating with the new entrants and employment specifications,

Responsible in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letters.

Statutory areas & Payroll:

Monitoring payroll and designing CTC break-up.

Preparing summary of new joiners and resigned employees.

Statutory submission or Returns Failing according to Labour Laws – i.e; Yearly and half yearly returns(Form IV –under minimum wages act, Form 20 under Factories act, Form D under Payment of Bonus act, Form D under KA LWF act and Etc…).
