VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR), GLOBAL SECURITY, LR & ER 2013 - 2018

• Supported all divisions across the country as a strategic Senior HR Business Partner. Served as a key member of corporate leadership team, reporting to the CHRO. Managed and supported the corporate HR team with their business units in various reorganizational efforts across the company.

• Oversaw all employee relations matters and training for all divisions and markets of Univision Corporate, Network, Unimas, Digital platforms, Television and Radio.

• Conducted site risk assessments, active shooter training, and investigations across all divisions, as part of the Global Security team. Oversaw security operational logistics and coordinated with stadium security and local law enforcement on Talent Safety, crowd control, Ingress and Egress for our Major League Soccer and Mexico League games across the country. Implemented security operational logistics to support network teams for shows, projects and productions.

• Managed and supported the corporate HR team with their business units in various reorganizational efforts.

• Worked closely with legal to conduct risk analysis during restructures, class-action claims, EEOC charges, and arbitrations. Conducted complex investigations, settlements, severance agreements, and employment litigation matters.

• Worked with management to develop labor strategies for negotiations, grievances, and conduct union avoidance training, while managing and negotiating 15 collective bargaining agreements in 7 markets.
