SUMMARY: I have over twenty years of experience in various manufacturing leadership positions. My roles have afforded me the opportunity to develop a diverse background in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Complete P&L responsibility for the New York Waste Management District which includes plants in Liverpool and Rochester
Work with district controller on annual budget planning process for operations and capital budgets as well as monthly budget reviews
Responsible for performance to key corporate goals for Profits, Operational efficiencies as well as EH&S at both locations
Lead a team that includes Plant and Operations Managers, Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Staff as well as Back Office personnel
Responsible for the EH&S and environmental compliance including regular inspections from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for my district
Recently lead the start up of an acquisition site that included a five million dollar refurbishment project of the Rochester plant. The plant reopened on schedule and under budget

Lead a team of salaried managers, 9 Operations Supervisors and 50 hourly warehouse employees on a three shift, seven day a week operation
Responsible for 30 million dollars of inventory and 3 separate warehouse facilities
Accountable for the accurate and timely loading 70 tractor trailers of product daily that were delivering high quality dairy products to customers from Maine to Florida
Responsible for the maintenance and security of three refrigerated warehouse facilities
