I have a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Quantity Surveying & Construction Management degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Further I successfully completed Certificate program of Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying from Advance Construction Training Institute

I have almost 8 years industrial experiences including 4 years UAE experiences as Contractors’ MEP Quantity Surveyor in Building and Civil Engineering projects. I also have sound knowledge and experience in Contract Administration, Procurement, estimating works, rate analysis, associating with Contract documents, Variation Evaluation, Interim payment preparation and evaluation, managing & controlling the cost. Further, I have sound knowledge on FIDIC, CESMM3, SMM7, NRM2, SLS573 and SBD.

The project covers an area of 670,00m2 with total of 40 buildings (30 Precast & 10 Cast insitu, G+5 each) totaling 1920 residential units

Co-ordinate with commercial manager, consultant & client in order to solve contractual issues in post contract stage with related to interim claims & variations.

Preparation and final review of Main Contractor’s progress payment application and its’ evaluation with consultant/client as per the Conditions of Contract and client’s particular requirements.

Identify variations and notify to client/consultant. Preparation of Main Contractor’s variations to the consultant/client and their justifications. Variations include necessary new build-up rates and relevant measurements.

Co-ordinate with planning department in order to prepare Cash Flow and work programme

Take off measurements using CAD Measure for various purposes related to QS and procurement.

Analysing unit price of each item and prepare subcontractor’s agreements.

Review & certification of Sub-Contractor’s progress payments and variations

Certification of sub-contract payment in company software “ORACLE JD Edwards EnterpriseOne”
