ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

National Collateral Management Services Ltd.

Risk Management in the given territory & reporting directly to all concerned CC, CMPM, OC, AE, AM, RM, Heads and Chief of the Organization.

Scrutinizing more than 130 Warehouse’s per month in a given territory regarding Operations like Collateral Management (CM/CMP Warehouse, NCDEX point, Stock & Vehicle Yard Management locations).

Physically verification of Stock & Warehouse related document like Lease/Franchise Agreement, Warehouse/Stock Insurance, Warehouse License, WHR/CAR Copies, CDTF/CDF/CWF/RRN Copies, Warehouse Inspection Report and all Register as per SOP and Quality of commodity, Following FIFO.

Reporting timely regarding risk and Malpractices in field and effective monitoring on concerns.

Liaising between concern business head and Bank personnel for managing the Pledged Commodity.

Giving Training to Business Development Managers, Collateral Managers, Cluster Controllers, Commodity Multilink Point Managers and Vehicle Yard Managers regarding new updates in Risk Management & in MIS like HR-Pro, CM-Pro, and Store-Man & VIMs. Also helping them in the crucial operation part.
