Capacity Improvement at MI stage for

UABU model 24 PS and 48 FPS

I have completed this project at Jabil. We

as team analyzed the Manual

Insertion(MI) stage as it was bottleneck. I

realize that proper work is not divided

between 2 Operators.

I change the work content of each

operator and reduce the CT by 20%.

Improvement in Flow of PCBVF Testing

and top cover Screwing Stage

I have completed this project at Jabil.

We as team done Value Stream Mapping

of Mechanical Assembly stage and PCBVF

and some layout changes, trolley
