Project Description:

IPV6 Infrastructure Upgrade is the Provisioning of Orders of Qwest Products. It contains following application LIMS, EFLOW, Core, and LIMS. Core is the Power Builder Provisioning application. ELOW is the third Party Application for assigning Circuits and closing Process during the Provisioning. LIMS is the application for assigning CISCO ad Juniper Router to the Orders.

Responsibilities for Test Automation:

1. Creation of Automation scripts of Regression Test case in Selenium 2.0 and QTP 11.0 for existing Frame work for CORE, EFLOW, and LIMS Application.

Client: Dell is a multinational technology corporation that develops, manufactures, sells, and supports personal computers and other computer-related products.

Dell RMM Platform is a venture to provide to Remote Management and Monitoring of IT services for medium and small scale businesses. RMM platform integrates various applications like Dell Order Management System (Tandem), Seibel CRM 7.0, Remedy OPAS Ticket Management system, Remedy Atrium Asset management system and various other third party applications. The primary objective of the project is to make service to the dell customers faster, organized and reliable.

Project Description:

Dell PSO offshore project for RMM platform includes SIT, UAT and Production testing of different web based applications interfacing with each other to achieve the goals for RMM. The project follows agile software development and testing model. Work Packets are assigned to Perot Systems testers directly by the corresponding Capability/QA lead from Dell Plano campus. Testers report directly to their capability lead (Dell). All project tasks are assigned and tracked through Mercury Quality Center. Quick Test Professional is the tool used for all automation work.
