With this project I was one of three Ramsey Enterprises Instructors utilized in the rollout of a handheld 4G device to approximately 4,300 technicians and their managers. Criteria for this project was that the trainer must be able to hit the ground running after being introduced to the hardware and software product during a beta test session.
