CORE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Business Development
I currently have developed the only three training restaurants in the Albuquerque Market training more than 80% of the newly promoted or external hired managers in the system.
In 2017 saw a comparable sales increase of 3.96%in district. All restaurants achieved positive growth from 1.34% to 17.73%. This was accomplished through higher level of training with increased staffing emphasis. Also monitoring customer feedback and solving opportunities.
In 2015 (first year as RVP) achieved the highest number of “A” level restaurants as measured by Wendy’s in the market’s history only to surpass that number in 2016.
I have a people first business philosophy. I have continually recruited, identified internally the top talent in the market while overseeing the training developing the top performers in the market.
Received Dave Thomas MBA in 2013 honoring Dave’s Values and Operational Excellence.
Received Golden Star in 2014 for Operational Excellence.
Market Safety Coordinator 2013-14 for Wendy’s Company. Market achieved highest rating in company (23 markets) during that time. Safety Program metrics ended with sale of market.
