Major Responsibilities:

Accountable for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of Company Operations in Qatar. This includes inbound & outbound consignments, inventory, deliveries, installations, invoicing, collections and warehouse activity flow.

(Inventory Control):- Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation. Checking and adhering to FIFO stacking and dispatching. Maintaining minimum stock level as per sales plan in warehouses and managing distribution at sales points as per sales order with in the specified time.

(MIS Reports):- Monitoring MIS on Cost of Delivery, Secondary Freight Analysis, Transport Evaluation Report, Pre Delivery Inspection Reports, Challans to Bill Cycle, Damage & On-loan analysis.
