INTRODUCTION

I am a multi-disciplinary user experience designer whose work is guided by human-centered research, interaction design thinking and a strong visual aesthetic. I excel at the intersection of business strategy, collaboration and design.

Working in partnership with product managers to research and develop inbound requests from clients and business teams. Executing UX, UI, and interaction design for live mobile and web products, which are used daily. Collaborating daily with mobile/web development teams throughout sprint cycles. Event2Mobile CMS Poll/ Survey

Restructure & Redesign

Being an successful event app, the most

extensively used module in Event2Mobile app

is taking opinion of the attendee via Poll or

Survey.

Based on feedback by the event organiser, the

existing module in the CMS which helps to

create the Poll/ Survey is lengthy and used

unnecessary steps and time to create them.

Improving the experience and reducing steps

are the main focus for the restructure and

redesign of the module.

User Data Gathering

The onsite event support team visited several

event to meet the organisers. Even though they

found the module extremely helpful & useful to

get feedback, most of them echoed similar pains

that affect their efficiencies:

• Too many clicks to complete tasks

• Cluttered UI and unnecessary options leads to

confusion

• Survey cannot be used for all sections so they

are using poll in place of survey which leads

to more confusion and they have to keep

them tracked manually

As per our finding, the event organiser has to go various location to complete a poll creation. We came up with the idea of giving those features to them at the time of creation, so they don’t have to visit other location rather having them in a single place.

As per our finding, we have divided the Poll as

single questions and Survey for multiple

question which they can also use for poll with

multiple question and can map to different

location like Poll which was not there in the

previous versions.
