The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintain the Food Safety System under the SQF Certification, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
The training of all personnel new and current on all the topics reference to the Food Safety and Quality System. Other responsibility in this position is assure that finish product complies with customer requirements.
In 2018 F&A Dairy achieved the SQF 8th Edition Food Safety and Quality System Level 3, obtaining one more point to the final score in contrast to the previous year. The results in the inspection of re-certification of SQF 2018, allowed the company to increase the confidence to the consumers.

In 2012 the implementation of the quality and food safety system BRC was achieved, which allowed the company to expand the market to Europe. In the following years the BRC System was continue with the highest qualifications.
