Design and development of GUI usability analysis and RAD, prototypes on-line documentation (on-line Help, HTML, and Intranet/Internet Analysis), IT Standards and Test Cases for the GUI. Analysis of business process, and elaboration of UML diagrams.

Project management by using MS Project 1995 and 1998 and PRIMAVERA in order to develop Gantt and PERT Chart, establish constraints and dependencies. Developed and maintained project documentation. Planned, organized and prioritized workloads; developed and presented status reports and coordinated progress meetings. Prepared and updated schedules and resource allocations. Was leading a team of analysts, GUI designers and technical writers
