Salesforce Project Manager and Scrum Master

Managed migration of PG&E’s Energy Savings Assistance Programs business application from an outdated system to Energy Insight (Salesforce), their new system. This initiative is being run as two projects and is a completely new design and implementation to replace the old business application. Successfully delivered the first project – ‘ESA Enrollment and Mobilization’ on time and is now available in production. The second one ‘EPO ESA migration’ is currently underway, all set to release on time.

Custom development on the platform

Complex project with multiple implementation work streams to take care of every aspect of the business application like e.g. Product Measure setup, Customer Acquisition and Enrollment, Invoicing and payments, Central Inspection Program, Workflows, Web forms, etc.

Multiple integrations have been put in place for the relevant data to flow in from other data sources

Several data migrations have been carried out to make sure the data needed for regulatory purposes, CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission) reporting and setup available in the new system.

Inflight data from the old outdated system to be mapped and populated in the new system so that it can be processed to completion in the new system.

All legacy closed projects to be migrated to the new system as well. These are needed for carrying out double-dipping checks.

Prepared project plan, define milestones, define touchpoints with client, sprint planning and made sure all PG&E processes are followed along the course of the project

The Kaybus Knowledge System automates the flow of knowledge in an enterprise from the beginning to the end.

Complete POC scoping along with preparing a SOW. Design the solution based on customer use case. This involves mapping knowledge sources onto the kaybus knowledge solution, identifying client content taxonomy and converting it into a classification scheme, adding user profiles and configuring access control etc. Include any system integrations needed like SSO, SFDC, MS Share point etc.

Lead the implementation team to instantiate tenant, configure pilot, populate pilot with content, video curation, transcription, etc. and deliver according to customer expectations. Provide product training to users/administrators/resellers and others as needed.

Ensure success of multiple concurrent customer deployments after the sale. Address customer escalations and manage the customer until the issue has been resolved.

It leverages several open source packages and EMC existing services for faster time to market. The “EMC Total Backup Protection” distinguishes it from competitor products.

Contributed to the project from the conception to delivery stage. Designed and implemented client application software, includes device discovery, configuration, scheduling backups and perform everyday usage functions, developed in C# using MS Visual Studio .NET.

Managed relationship with EMC Insignia group, to integrate Retrospect backup into our client software. Managed relationship with IMSG group for inclusion of EMC signature backup features in the product

It also provides File I/O operations and configuration parser, etc. for the applications.
