MORE ABOUT ME:

I believe I am a candidate for many different types of work because I can learn new things and am not afraid of change.

I began working for Tuxedo Wholesaler, Inc. in 1986 as a Picking and Shipping Clerk, as the company grew I was moved to Customer Service which was all inbound calls taking orders and answering questions.

By 1988 I had been moved to Design and Production which added to my responsibilities new product design, machine operators, machine maintenance, and client deadlines, pattern and cutting requirements. We started with 2 machine operators and had as many as 22 building to order garments.

In 2004 the responsibilities of Catalog Photos and working with a graphics specialist to produce the yearly catalog for our Concert Attire clients as well as updating the website images were added. This required me to learn the use of a professional digital camera within a two week period before the photo shoot without training or previous knowledge of photography. In 1988 we started with four skirts and by 2018 there are over 100 build to order garments.

By 2005 the responsibility of revamping and updating our website was added with little web experience. Working in conjunction with a graphics and web specialist the work was completed within the timeframe we were given.

By 2010 the back end of the website was my total responsibility, including learning to use Photoshop and Magneto.

In 2017 the purchase of a CAD patterns drafting and grading program was made. By September 2018 I had become reasonable knowledgeable to create the patterns needed for construction without any formal training.

I have been able to move forward with new processes and job requirements as needed to keep the company moving forward. As of September 2018 the website (tuxedowholesaler.com) was mostly my work.

Related Prior Work Experience;

In college I was employed in the retail bookstore as a cashier. I also worked as a restaurant hostess for a year before moving to Arizona. These positions are relative to customer service skills.
