DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day to day work. o Keeping Management well informed about the project updates. o Developing strong relationships with the clients and sub- contractors. o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

o Monitor/Review manpower, materials and equipment with respect to work schedules. o Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site. o Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. o Checking the drawings and ensuring the works are doing as per the drawings and specifications.

o Setting out & Surveying the site.

o Project Scheduling, Responsible of Manpower & Material Scheduling. o Monitoring the progress and updating the schedule with the actual progress. o Responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor.

o Calculation of quantities of works.

o Measurement and valuation of completed work.

o Preparation of quantities for payments to sub-contractors on the project and forwarding the management for approval.
