Effective Practices in Community Corrections (EPICS), which focuses on behavioral change that focuses on external factor that help clients target criminogenic needs with guidance of graduated incentives and consequences. Dialogue, which focuses on helping the work environment talk and think together to develop a shared understanding about where the current situation is, in order to find a solution to the common vision on what they might do next. Basic Skills for Community Corrections training which includes 120 hours of training. Certified in Virginia Criminal Information Network (VCIN)/National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
Interests
Volunteer experience/Community Service: International Student Volunteers, Summer 2016, which conducted of traveling the Eastern Coast of Australia and completed 80 hours of volunteer services, which consisted of leading groups to rejuvenate the forest where as a team set goals and standards, along with group activities. This work was later published into journals for the Brisbane Weekly.
