Graduated of the program Technical Maintenance of Aviation Electrical, Flight and Navigation Complexes at Riga Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (1987-1992), where I was awarded de degree of Electrical Engineer on June 25, 1992. This is the equivalent of the U.S. degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering earned at a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the United States. I was also awarded the degree of Master of Technical Science in the above mentioned Institute. A Report of Evaluation of Educational Credential issued by the Josef Silny & Associates, Inc is available upon request. Also graduated at the George T. Baker Aviation School at the A&P Technician program (January 2008-July 2011).
Technical Training
On job training on heavy maintenance of aircraft at AAR premises. Experience on heavy maintenance of Boeing 717, MD-90, MD-80, Boeing 737, Airbus A-320, Boeing 767. As part of the A&P Program at the George T. Baker Aviation School I have worked on Cessna-150, Cessna-172, Cessna-421, Bell H-1, Piper Aztec, Piper Apache, Beechcraft, Boeing 747 Landing Gear and others. At the Havana International Airport I worked on Russian airplanes IL-62, AN-24, AN-26, TU-154, YAK-42. On job training on repair and overhaul of CSDs, A/C generators, fuel booster pumps, pneumatic valves, PRBCs, anti-ice valves and many other A/C components from different A/C models (A320, Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, DC-10, MDs etc) at Ametek Aero Componets. OJT on Aircraft movement and forklift operation.
