DVA SDVOB & VOSB Application Support: Provided applicant support and continuous improvement of business systems for review, verification, monitoring and evaluation of SDVOSB/ VOSB applications submitted through the VetBiz VIP Verification Program. Assisted with quality control (QC), beneficiary identification records location subsystem (BIRLS), excluded parties list system (EPLS), reverifications, workflow, withdrawal recommendations and initiation, follow-up, record management, escalation and stakeholder analysis. Recipient of 2016 I CARE Award from DAV, voted on by the Board of Directors, and 2016 Award of Excellence from Addx Corporation.

DVA Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE) Systems Engineering Knowledge Area (SKA): Facilitated SKA development, planning, milestone development, lifecycle and PMO support within matrixed organization to create standard for VA. Developed SKA draft charter and assisted with work stream efforts including customer data integration (CDI), strategic program items (SPIs) and enterprise business and data integration (EBDI).
