WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Worked for Spences Hotel, Calcutta, as a 1st commis, from 2nd February 1974 to 10th March 1978.

2.Worked in Saudi Arabia for a Dutch company (OGEM SODEXHO) as a continental cook from 3rd April 1978 to June 1979.

3.Worked for AL- OTHMAN catering company, Kuwait, as a senior continental -cum -Arabic cook, for six years, under contract to The Ministry of Public Health, from 13th November 1979 to 10th October 1985. Prepared food for the hostel and doctors.

4.Worked for Middle East Hotel Tourism Trading Co. (Bristol Hotel), Kuwait, as a catering supervisor, & later promoted to kitchen manager, under contract to The Ministry of Social Affairs, from 1st November 1985 to 30th September 1987.

5.Continued working for the Bristol Hotel as a chef, for the same company and management, after my contract with the Ministry had finished: (1st October 1987 to 20th August, 1990). I left Kuwait when Iraq occupied the country.

6.Worked for MD. Jalal Catering, Bahrain, as a catering coordinator from 20th November 1992 to 17th June 1994. Under contract to Gulf Air headquarters. Worked for senior & junior office staff, as well as aircraft officers and crew services.

7.Worked for Kuwait Catering Company as Head Chef from 9th September 1995 to 7th October 2001.

8.Worked for Eurest Support Services (worldwide) on a short-term contract in Kuwait as Head Continental Chef, servicing U.S. marines: 6th May to 27th July 2003.

9.Since 19th December 2004 have been working for the Royal Navy Of Oman as Head Chef/de cuisine to 6th august 2018 my contract is finish from the navy
