ENGINEERING PROJECTS

Radio Active Waste Water Treatment December 2017 – Present Ensured that water discharges comply with all local, state and federal legal requirements

Changed defective parts and installed new control devices.

Monitored chemical inventory and received deliveries of treatment chemicals

Adjusted chemical dosages to maintain quality standards.

Provided Good results and reports to authorities. Production of Biodiesel from WVO Using Solar Energy and Continuous Ultrasonic Processor August 2015 – May 2018

Led a team of eight-membered R&D team for design and experimental setup of the test model for the synthesis of biodiesel, compiling and analyzing data and preparation of the final reports.

Assisted in designing and creating models using AutoCAD. Contributed ideas for change in the process planning.

The main goal is to produce 99% output of biodiesel from waste vegetable oil using solar energy and ultrasonic which cut downs the reaction time and separation time. It minimizes the usage of electric power, reduces the processing time. Design and fabrication of Solar Air Cooler Summer 2017

Led a team of the six-membered team responsible for engineering design, product development and managing multiple tasks.

Review and approve documentation for engineering changes, product specifications, procedures, and failures.

The cost of this product with the existing products in the market is solar product appeals better and affordable by common people. It is eco-friendly and natural, electricity savers. Lifetime durability of the product. Design and fabrication of Tricycle for Physically Challenged Summer 2017

Assisted in developing the engineering scope, project requirements, and project proposals. Activities included coordination and preparation of engineering drawings and design for process and facilities.

Resolve issues involved in design and fabrication.

The total price of our project comes out to $609.24, and that is less than current bikes in the market. We designed especially for people who are physically challenged and the height of the seat to be the same as a wheelchair’s height to allow them to ride it easily.

Finite Element Analysis of Rocket Thruster January 2014 – May 2014

Created AutoCAD model and is then imported into hyper mesh software to mesh the model properly and then exported into the ANSYS software to conduct the analysis.

Performed thermal and structural analysis of rocket thruster system through computer simulations using AutoCAD for the design and ANSYS Workbench for simulating different pressures and temperatures on the internal chamber.

The temperature load was varied on the thruster to estimate the deformations and stresses. The Thruster was subjected to a thermo-structural load to estimate Von Misses stresses.

Tested “L” shaped dome and "Grooved" shaped dome on thrusters. Compiled, analyzed experimental results, and proved that grooved shaped dome rocket thruster had more ability than the “L” shaped dome. RELATED EXPERIENCE

Manufacturing Sciences Corporation/Global Medical Isotope Systems, LLC December 2017 – Present Mechanical Engineer

Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping and documenting results.

Commended for strengths in defining, assessing and satisfying complex product functional specifications and manufacturability concerns.

Provided technical support to Engineering Manager and Quality manager on Quality Inspection Plans (QIP).

Developed software solution for quality Inspection.

Provided casting simulation models on click2cast.

Worked with casting team to develop mold assemblies.

Liaised with graphite machining companies for foundry casting furniture

Involved in developing and maintaining the foundry furnace cooling system.

Interface with radiochemistry team to define system requirements.

Determine specifications for design including design layout, arrangement, and assembly of systems via Autodesk Fusion 360 and SolidWorks for the capture and recovery of Mo99.

Provided support with equipment, material and part selection for production systems. Tennessee Technological University, Cookeville, TN, USA Teaching Assistant August 2015 – November 2017

Assist faculty in teaching and preparing tutorials for Feature CAM programming.

Reviewed reports and exams and grade Internal Combustion Engine, Computer Aided Designing, and CNC Programming, Mechanical Analysis Engineering course using MATLAB software and projects of Thermal Design course and kept a record of the scores using Excel.

Project Assistant August 2015 – November 2017

Guidance for handling Lathe and turning machines, CNC milling machines, Plate Bending and folding machines.

Developed and tested models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification. Lab Assistant June 2016 - August 2016; June 2017 - August 2017

Demonstrated experiments in Calculus-based Physics Laboratory II and evaluated week-by-week reports.

Assisting students to understand their allotted experiments, draw inferences, calculate results and prepare statistics. Neha Enterprises, Hyderabad, India August 2014 - December 2014

Analyzed drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines.

Assisted with the design of engineering projects, including products, parts, and components.

Documented and solved bugs, provided testing procedures and reports for each software revision.
