I am a new graduate and newly certified AGNP. I have a passion for the elderly and adult population as this has been my primary area of nursing. I have more than 27 years the nursing field in gerontology. I also have 7 years of Med-Surg experience. I would be a great asset to any company. RNAC/Restorative RN for Diversicare Of Batesville
Perform assessments on residents and submit them to CMS for facility payment. I oversaw and facilitated the completion of resident careplans, discharge summaries and any equipment they needed once they were discharged. I also made sure the assessments were in compliance with Federal and State regulations.

OCTOBER 2008-JANUARY 2011
Staff RN for BMH-Desoto in Southaven
ALL RN duties such as IVs, administering blood, chest tube management, supervising LPNS and CNAs.
This was a prn position that i worked every other weekend. Reason for leaving was due to my full-time position requiring me to work on weekends.
JULY 2005-APRIL 2007
Panola Medical Center formerly TLMC. Worked as a Staff nurse prn on the weekends. Did AM assessments, IVs, administered blood, supervised LPNs and CNAs. Reason for leaving was hospital changed ownership
