Production / Operations Manager (March 2003-July 2018): Provided operational support for the distribution center and in within the last year assumed concurrent oversight of the Chicago, IL location (50 staff), serving as liaison among Operations and headquarters for this outdoor hunting/fishing distributor with 250+ employees. Facilitated recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management, Profit & Loss, budgeting, purchasing and cost control.

Reduced turnover 30% by enhancing communications across all levels and production errors in the McDonough, GA distribution center by redesigning new hire training module from one day to one week, and incorporating job training on-the-job shadowing as well as hands-on instruction.
