Project Description:

IHG Reporting is a central platform allowing hotel and corporate users globally to locate all business data via reports and dashboards.

The tool streamlines the various channels used by hotels to locate reports and enables IHG to provide a more consistent corporate standard when it comes to the location, presentation, and delivery of reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide primary support to the BO Reports & their Universes under IHG reporting folder using incident management tool Service Now.

Report Integration and bug fixing related to integration

Coordinating with downstream application stakeholders for any environment related issues.

Provide query resolution supports for Pre-Generated Reports and Dashboards hosted over IHG-Reporting Portal.

Maintain IHG-R Security over LDAP – Addition of Roles/Users on a need basis. Coordinate with PDB team for any additional information.

Integrating & Maintaining Reports/Dashboards in IHG-Reporting Prod environment. Updating configurations when required.

Setting up and maintenance of FTP upload jobs for Pre generated Reports.

Gathering, analyzing & tracking requirements, identified the AS-IS process and documented the TO-BE process and developed the high level and low level process flow design by identifying the various organization units, resources, business rules involved in each application.
