oGlobal Change Management System – Brought in as the AD project recovery manager to migrate from the existing Notes application to a .NET product. Prior to my arrival the Project had been severely over budget and behind schedule. Project was re-baselined and delivered in 9 months.

oCall Tracking/ Incident/Resiliency & Capacity Management Application –Managed the development of an incident management system that was migrated to an external vendor. Remained as product owner and vendor manager as the applications grew to include call tracking, resiliency and capacity management modules. Integration with Peregrine/Service Now.

oEfficiency Program Manager – Managed portfolio of the annual cost savings initiatives for the Investment Banking IT Operations Group. This included resource re-location strategies, outsourcing initiatives and application suite reduction efforts.
