Collaborate directly with Mr. Lauren to design and lead a four-member design team to execute all woven, leather, suede, and shearling styles for the Women’s Collection, approximately 400 styles per season. Drive the design process by communicating clear design vision, direction, and updates to design, product development, production, merchandising, and PR teams. Steer fittings from style inception to pre-production to ensure fidelity to technical, creative, and brand specifications. Influence pre-show looks and model fittings, and collaborate on fashion show execution. Deliver collections that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and garner wide critical acclaim. Streamline the design process by introducing workflows, technologies, and communication strategies that expedite execution and optimize collaboration time with Mr. Lauren.

Deliver brand and collection vision by partnering with cross-functional teams and divisions on all creative decisions and product standards, from assigning fabrics and linings to developing mood sketches and technical flats. Mentored and managed two assistants. Attended Premiere Vision Paris to build brand presence and foster brand recognition. Led a collaboration with Indian embroiderers to develop original techniques.
