PRESENT STATUS:-

Presently I am working as Chemist for 40 mw CPP & 18 mw WHRS at Wonder Cement Limited, RK Nagar, Nimbahera in Distt. Chittorgarh (Raj.)Oct 12 –continues

WORK EXPERIENCE:-

*Worked with Ion Exchange at 27 MW captive power plant of Birla Corporation Limited Chanderia, Chittorgarh. (Raj) as Chemist cum DM Plant Operator. (Mar 07-Aug 07)

*Worked under OEG, at 2 x 23 MW captive power plant of RSWM of LNJ group, Mordi, Banswara (Raj) as Chemist cum DM Plant Operator.( Sept 07 –Sept 08 )

Also been a part of precleaning and passivation (one month programme) of 15000 m3 H/up capacity Cooling Tower under KPS of 2 x 77MW CPP at HZL site of Vedanta group at Chittorgarh with Ion exchange India Limited. As guest chemist.

*Worked with Jaypee Group at 38 MW captive power plant of Chunar Cement Factory, Mirzapur(U.P) as Jr. Chemist (Sept 08- Oct 12.)

JOB PROFILE:-

Various Projects handled of Pre Treatment Plant, DM Plant, Softener plant, Sewage Treatment plant, Effluent treatment plant, Swimming pool erection & Commissioning at RSWM of LNJ Group Banswara, (Raj.) Dalla & Chunar Cement Factory at Sonbhandra & Mirzapur, Wonder Cement Limited at Chittorgarh (Raj) with M/S Thermax,Doshion.and Ion Exchange India .

Raw Material Handling & feeding super vision of coal, agro-waste, lime, bed materials, clinker, red-oker, gypsum for cement grinding unit at CCF and CPP of WCL Nimbahera. Handled also DCS operation of cement grinding mills in prod. at Chunar cement factory Mirzapur.

Operation of PT Plant,DM plant,Softener plant, STP and ETP manually as well as by DCS including Filters such as DMF,ACF, IRF, SSF, UF Plant, RO Plant, & SAC, SBA, MB units & their Regenerations & their maintenance and water procurement too.

Expertise in Operation, Cleaning & maintenance of UF, RO & Drinking RO.

Maintaining parameters of Cooling Tower auxiliary & condensate water cooling system, Expertise in its Pre-cleaning and Passivation.

Proper initial set up of lab equipments, lab reagents and its arrangement, Testing quality of Raw materials,Complete analysis and testing of water & Coal (ADB as well as ARB method), Analysis of clinker, Gypsum, bed material, lime & cement & Maintaining its quality.

Daily, monthly & annual documentation and reporting for raw material, chemical costing, chemical stock, water & cement quality and inventory and for OHSAS 18001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, & ISO 9001:2008 regarding Health and Safety, Pollution and Environment,& Quality.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :-

*Graduation in Chemistry, Botany & Zoology with 55.80% in year 2006 from Mohan Sukhadia University, Udaipur.

*Sr. Secondary in Chemistry, Physics & Biology with 54.58 % in year 2002 from board of secondary education, Ajmer.

*Secondary with 54.08% in year 1998 from Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION :-

PGDCA in year 2007 from Makhan lal Chaturvedi University, Bhopal.
