Led multiple teams to support internal customers in the field and within Corporate including Regional Finance team, Support Services team (Facilities, Security and Loss Prevention), Client Support teams and Financial Support teams. Supported Field Operations and Technology departments enterprise-wide.
Strategic Leadership: Built financial accountability and customer-first mindset into assigned functional areas. Established positive working relationships with Corporate Technology and Operations and developed strategic partnerships with supporting organizations.
Reorganization: Rebuilt Client Support team to better meet business needs. Led Loss Prevention team through elimination of job functions with dedication to placing remaining employees in new roles within CCI. Retained 82% of LP employees.
Infrastructure: Collaborated with business partners in CEI Real Estate to sell $80MM of building assets in 2015. Relocated remaining employees into more adequate facilities.
