HR Operations

• Manage New hire process/paperwork, Orientation sessions, On-Boarding and Termination Process

• Manage HR and Payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of all such paperwork

• Ensure background check and I-9 compliance, including E-verify process

• Assist employees with enrollment in all company sponsored benefit plans, both during open enrollment and throughout the year
