Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.

Monthly Cash Flow Statement.

Detailed scrutiny and verification of all types of transactions including sales purchase, payments and expenses vouchers and invoices.

Follow up the receivables and payable on daily basis

Manage & Check Petty Cash Expense on daily basis.

Dealing with bankers, and maintain the all banks accounts position on daily basis.

Managing all the postdated cheques on timely basis and manage funds for their payments.

Manage and Maintenance of Trial Balance & General Ledger.

Prepare & submit monthly Sales tax return .

Prepare & submit monthly Income Tax Withholding Statement.

Prepare the Monthly budget of the each department and prepare budgeted variance report with actual expenses at the end of the each month

To maintain customer financial records on computerized software.

Checking and approving the bank payment, receipts and cash payments vouchers on daily basis.

Reporting directly to CFO & CEO.
