Summary of Duties:
Manage dining area and the dining staffs, service standards, high quality of service, and dining conflict resolution
Provide assistance to the Restaurant Supervisor in maintaining and update operating manual for the restaurant
Take the daily inventory of the food supplies and guests supplies to ensure availability at all times
Prepare and submit the breakage and loss report for operating equipment
On a daily basis, make sure that the staffs adhere to the restaurant regulations, and the policies and procedures in the dining area including but not limited to health and safety practices, grooming protocols, quality dining service, hygiene and sanitary practices
