Rollins, Inc. is a premier global consumer and commercial services company. The Company provides essential pest control services and protection against termite damage, rodents and insects to more than two million customers in the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, the Mediterranean, Europe, Africa, Mexico, and Australia from more than 700 locations.

Accountable for the development of the Rollins multimillion Enterprise system (CRM) to support sales, service, scheduling, accounts receivable, and reporting. The CRM ((C++, RPG, and DB2) was built by 15 to 20 developers on an AS400 platform. Informed the AS400 team of any future CRM system releases that required changes to the AS400 infrastructure and coordinated the changes to ensure the system was fully supported.

Led BI team building reports for external and internal customers by using the following tools (Crystal, Plex, Actuate, Spyview, SSRS, and Cognos).

Introduced iSeries OpenText to make the company month-end close reports available online, and it saved millions for the company.

Managed and coordinated US and overseas (India, China, Costa Rica, and Croatia) development resources to deliver the software projects on time and on budget.

Managed five development teams to support Rollins Inc and the Rollins subsidiaries (Orkin, Western, and Franchises) on SQL server 2012 by using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Managed a Call Center development team to support Rollins National Call Center and National Account Client Services. The application was built on Ctree and Oracle DB, Unix platform, and Text style coding.

MVC, Telerik for grid, and Angular JS were used to build the applications. TFS was used to managing the code.

Managed an IT Integration team by using .Net, WebMethods and Informatica technologies that created Web services which successfully designed, developed, and deployed hundreds of service integrations (B2B and A2A) for Rollins departments (Marketing, HR, AP, AR, Tax, etc).
