Acquire business for the bank as the front line contact with farmers for sale of Retail Agri financial products and also have five years experience in value chain finance to agriculture farmers with collaboration of Processing Firms.

Asset & Crop Insurance of Agri borrowers, maintain MIS record and lodgment of insurance claims of borrowers to respective insurance companies.

Follow up with Customers for collections and keep the NPLs to minimum / acceptable level.

Have a thorough understanding of the Agri Product Programs and explore new business opportunities.

Helping farmers in filling the loan applications and guiding them for the necessary documents required for the loan application to be sanctioned.

Maintain relationship with the farmer and use the approach relevant to the stage of collections as per Agri legal & recovery Manual.

Recommend transfer of account / legal action, to the legal council, when farmer behavior is incompatible and negative and all attempts to recover the payments by negotiation have failed.

Also have nine years branch banking experience and have good knowledge of day to day branch operations payments, receipts, foreign remittances, DDR, CDR, Cheque book issuance, account opening etc. etc.
