Job Summary:

Over all responsible for operation of all the Equipments/Vehicles working on site.

Job Description:

Responsible for shifting of material from location to locations.

Receive material coming from outside.

Maintain the timesheets, bonus and trips of the drivers.

Update the Project Manager for any arrival/departure and breakdown equipment.

Responsible for local shifting of equipment by low bed.

Report any idle/breakdown equipment immediately to Project Manager.

Coordinate with site Workshop In Charge for any breakdown equipment.

Arrange Driver/Operator for arrival/departure of any Driver/Operator.

Make reports of any accidents and forward the information to Project Manager.

Follow up with company representative for clearance papers etc. from police in case of any accident.

Responsible for coding of any new Equipment/Vehicle delivered at site.

Follow up with workshop for breakdown Equipment.

Maintain and update the inventory of Equipment/Vehicles and update the Project Manager.

Take evaluation of any new Equipments/Vehicles delivered directly to site.

Ensure the availability of all the legal documents like Isthemars, Insurance etc. of Equipment/ Vehicles.

Maintain documentation of all Incoming/Outgoing vehicles for site operations.

Ensure the safety of both Drivers/Operators and Equipments/Vehicles by coordinating with Project Manager.

Ensure that Equipments/Vehicles are safely parked after working hours and during idle hours by coordinating with camp In charge.

Additional Responsibilities:

I.Any other tasks assigned by the Managers.
