Hardware: FUJI HMI, FLOW TOTALIZER (17 UNITS),GSM MODULE In this Project, HMI Read Current Flow & its Totalize Data from field Units by RS 485 Modbus Protocol. Then HMI sent SMS to selected users every 24 hour as per set time. In SMS provide flow details, totalizes difference & Alarms status with date time.

IPR FIELD DATA READ/WRITE : In this project use S7300 PLC & Its Analog Digital Inputs & outputs Module,Read Analog Input data (temperature) from field then calculate into Temperature range & send to Scada By Profinet Protocol Also Read Analog data from Scada & Give to field Control Device. Also read write digital Input & Output Status with Scada.

EXTRUDER MACHINE:

Hardware: FUJI PLC, FUJI HMI, FUJI DRIVE
