I have been informed that Idea Dudes, LLC is looking for a remote part-time Recruiter. I have about 4 years of recruiting experience and am currently sourcing part time for a local company. Would welcome the opportunity to explore the possibility of joining the team.

Prior to sourcing, last year I recruited for Foothills Surgery Center, (contract position) and was responsible for new hire paperwork, checking references, placing ads etc. I would like to continue my passion in recruiting/HR. Specifically looking to expand my transitional role from predominantly candidate generation to include partnering with operations and taking a larger role in closing candidates.

- Education – BS from University of Wisconsin (Journalism)

- Experience / Skills– contract, retained and contingent (cold calling, writing / posting job ads, interviewing, qualifying, tracking candidates, etc.)

- Recruiting Tools – LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Functional Positions – technical accounting, customer service and information technology
