Manage two areas within the department. The first one was the assembly and electromechanical assembly of the PCB and the installation of the PCB in the large units. The second area was the installation of these completed units into another larger unit as specified by the customer. Responsible for Staffing/Performance management of 20 employees and coordination of production schedules.

Worked with the planning department and storeroom for the release of material with BOM and the traveler so that the product could be tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Production Manager, Sierra Circuits, 08/15 to 08/16

Manage various departments including Clean and Coat, Develop/Etch/Strip (DES), Oxide and Lamination, and work with Comtek machines for AOI (Automated optical inspection) of the inner layers.
