JOB RESPONSEBILITIES

various kind of iinstrumentment supports, brackets, tubing, cables, glandings, signal cables and junction boxes.

- Repairing instruments like transmitters, Controls valves, Switches, Sensors, Thermometers, Gauges, Thermo wells, Orifices plate, Ventury tube of instruments.

- Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of all associated equipment in accordance with manufacturer procedures, technical guidelines perspective and operating directives in effect.

- Consult manufacturer’s manual to determine test & maintenance procedure for instruments i.e. used for measuring & controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature and other variables in manufacturing and processing. Repair and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts.

- Systems design, capacity limitation, modification, interface and implementation of process control solutions.

- Perform schedule preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports.

- Provides support services for all types of remote & local measuring and indicating equipment and systems.

- Equipment inspection, configuration, repair and testing/troubleshooting of instrument & system, diagnose fault takes remedy using precision testing devices to ensure smooth safe and sound operation.
