JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance & operation of 12000 KVA Transformers.

Maintenance & operation of 3000KVA, 2000KVA, 2 no’s of 1600KVA, 500KVA Transformer. For Auxiliary load.

Maintenance & operation of 11875 KVA/9500Kw Turbo-Generator.

Maintenance & operation 3 no’s of 90Kv Rectifier Transformers for Electro static precipitator (ESP)

Maintenance & operation the Static Excitation system and take the responsibility while synchronizing.

Maintenance & operation the HT Breakers (33Kv/11Kv/6Kv/380vac – VCB, SF6,ACB) in Switch Gear and Switch yard with CT & PT.

Maintenance & operation of Diesel Generator – FG Wilson 550Kva/440Kw with Automatic transfer system (ATS).

Maintenance & operation of VFD Controlled Panel Maintenance. (ABB, Siemens,Powetron,LS)

Also equipped with Fast Filter Press (FFP), Balling Disk, Erich Mixture, 45m High Rate Thickener (HRT), Agitator, Wet Grinding Ball Mill, EOT Cranes etc. Major consultants are JACOBS, METSO (USA), AKER POWER GAS (PUNE), STEMCOR & MECON (BANGALORE).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning, estimating the work to be done, identifying technical supports needed, critical path activities, Risk factor & all the resources needed for each Activity.

Manage projects, and drive the project team

Read Drawings and provided support for project activities

Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact on the project

Ensure planning, scheduling, monitoring & timely execution of fabrication and erection at site

To plan for the resource required for the job to be done at right time
