Webmaster (1998 TO 2000)
Developed and maintained the 21st Century Telecom web site.
Composed and managed both technical and creative site content.
Translated and integrated print marketing strategies for the site, while implementing and enhancing
the site as needed; including debugging and evolving the site (3 evolutions).
Established and set up personal web space for Cable modem customers. Provided Second Level Support for Cable Modem customers in understanding simple to complex issues regarding personal web space within a 24-hour period. Issues ranged from FTP, file system quotas, file formats, HTML coding and directory paths.
Worked with a team of 3 in the creation, HTML, and ORACLE requirements for the online Address Finder application.
Conducted Q&A testing before product's release to the production environment. The application generated 5% of all requests for service inquiries to the company. Researched and solicited proposals to potential vendors of new web technologies to incorporate into the corporate web site.
Position began as a content management of a 6-page site and grew to more than 700 pages, incorporating information and direction from 3 product managers, and the Marketing Director.
