Self-certifying and approving or rejecting all inspection and materials as per approved documents.

Issuing NCR for product failure or work proceed through the hold points and SCAR for system failure like unapproved documents.

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager about major issues and attending weekly meeting with QC Manager.

Performing the site QA/QC documentations and logs auditing with client technical representative quarterly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing all material inspection for civil and architectural on site for conformance with project specification.

Involving site inspection for enabling works such as rock nail grouting, shotcrete, ground anchor, piling work and dewatering as per drawings and specifications.

Witnessing the survey and setting out, monitoring the piezometer reading for water level and inclinometer and 3d prism for subsurface movement.

Witnessing the third party on testing such as rock nail pull out test, ground anchor suitability test.

Inspecting the below and in-slab earthing and drainage pipe installation, witnessing the continuity test for earthing and gravity, pressure test for drainage pipes.

Inspecting waterproofing works for raft foundation, external wall and roof for underground station,

Witnessing third party on testing for compaction test (Nuclear Gauge test method) for each compacted backfilled layer and performing the plate load test for the final layer.

Inspecting concrete structure activities like rebar installation for raft foundation, sump pit, retaining wall, column and internal elements as per drawings requirements.

Inspecting post-concrete for defect assessment and repair works as per MS requirements.

Checking of concreting for slump flow, slump and temperature and verifying the delivered concrete as per approved design mix along with the required number of samples.

Involving site inspection for architectural work such as Non-bearing block work installation, lintel and stiffener beams, plastering, floor screed, upstands and plinths, painting (Emulsion, epoxy and anti-dust sealer)

Attending various site inspection with client and consultant as per project protocol.

Preparing Snag list for finished work with client’s representative along with the site Manager by mobile online SNAGR and making summary for completed/incomplete activities.

Verifying the agreed proposed remedial action, cause and proposed action to prevent recurrence from Station Manager.

Maintaining QA/QC documents of entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, Site inspection requests, Material inspection request, non-compliance reports, site observation reports and other QA/QC documents.

Coordinate with consultant to inspection and clearance all inspections before cast concrete.

Check concrete delivery at site temperature and slump and take cube according to specifications.

Coordinate with laboratory to bring all result for all tests and check calibration certificate for all machines used for test.

Take sample for any material delivery at site and make material inspection request and send to laboratory to check it according to specification.

Coordinate with Municipality engineers to clearance inspection for slab before cast.

Coordinate with consultant to take approve for drawings for all buildings.

Make (I.T.R) Register and observation Report Register and (N.C.R) Register and monthly reports for results for all test.

Coordinate with subcontractor for water proofing (desert) and post tension (MGC) and MEP subcontractor (ETA), and others to take check list and clearance for their works in site.
