Lead 11 Managers (DC, HR, IT, Finance, Security, Maintenance), 6 Supervisors, 300 hourly associates.

Created “Enhanced Leader Training” curriculum for team members. Drove engagement with the brand and the department. Prepared them for advancement into Supervisor and Manager positions. Training implemented in other departments and in other buildings as the primary training course for leadership development.

Lead efforts to reduce headcount and other costs while improving productivity through data analysis and process adjustments to improve efficiency and track progress. Headcount was reduced by 25% and productivity increased by 38% within first 5 months. $2.5M yearly savings in hourly wages

Developed KPI & Critical Measure scorecard to track progress toward production and service metrics.

Negotiations included pallet purchases, packing supplies, forklift rentals, forklift maintenance, and 3rd party yard jockey services.

Built, Analyzed, and Reported on all yearly forecasts and budgets, monthly and quarterly financial reporting for seven US Distribution Centers. Created and Refreshed Monthly Owners’ Reports for all seven locations.

Coached and Developed Inventory Manager to complete the first 100% score for 3rd- party inventory audit in 5 years. 100% score continued in 2016 and 2017.
