Solely support all IT (EYT) CBS teams, over 750 resources, including 20 SMUs, most importantly the MST.
Managed and maintained all open requisitions and bookings for resources for the entire CBS organization. Weekly report to PMO of open requisitions by multiple categories and provided updates. Continuous follow-up with PMO, Hiring Managers and Talent team for requisition statuses. Weekly review of data for accuracy and updates for all CBS resources – team alignment, Resource Owner, and start/end dates. Notified CBS Team Leads about non-employee end dates and adjusted dates. Consolidated and distributed weekly requests (Resource, Travel and Separately Funded) to CBS Leader for approval. Followed by, submitting HAT requests based on approved requests from CBS Leader. Managed all CBS email distribution lists and regular confirmation of accuracy.
Investigated and enlightened SD Teams of resourcing issues and needed adjustments. Offered ‘sold time’ to other SD teams to ensure high resource utilization. Managed all resources moving to another SMU via a weekly and monthly report and manually updated Retain accordingly. Generated and published weekly resource allocation reporting for review by all Leads. Identified and resolved / negotiated all resource conflicts for other resources outside the team. Managed weekly meetings to review all open Resource Requests and current resources with availability and/or over-allocated resources.
Proactively work with Project Managers to extend resources on project teams. Consistently work with PMO to assist with resource planning and demand for each Team. Managed external resources (contractors and/or Hexaware) for assignment onto projects. Facilitated and participated in on-boarding process for all resources.
