Co-ordinate with Clients, general billing (Non-Excisable), bank voucher entries.

Generate Quotes In AEOP as per price lists against RFQs received from customers or company sales engineers.

Track quotes and sales engineers for release of orders.

Receive customer orders, verify accuracy against quotes, enter orders into system for planning and execution, issue order acknowledgment etc.

Co-ordinate with purchase, warehouse, logistics and finance to complete shipment as per

customers delivery schedule on an ongoing basis

Follow-up on payments as per payment terms against shipped invoices on a regular / timely basis.

Maintain customer/sales engineer correspondence files, PO records, Invoice records, Payment updates etc. on an ongoing basis.

Review order backlog with available stocks and push for stock replenishment / shipments as the case maybe to ensure timely deliveries to customers.

Maintain Dispatch & received Register.

Mailing for Promotional activities of Product

Handle EPBAX
